Formulation Instructions:

Add water to main vessel and mix with moderate agitation.
Slowly sprinkle in Aristoflex® AVC and mix for 1 hour or until powder is completely dispersed.
Heat batch to 60-65°C and maintain temperature for 10 minutes.
Turn off heat and cool batch.
Add Phase B at 50°C.
Add Phase C at 35°C.
Continue mixing until batch reaches 25°C.
