Formulation Instructions:

  1. Combine components of Phase A in vessel with mixing at RT.
  2. Add Phase B to Phase A with high shear mixing. Continue mixing until uniform.
  3. Add Phase C to Phase AB with continued mixing. Continue mixing until uniform.
  4. Emulsify with appropriate mixer.
  5. Add Phase D to Phase ABC with continued mixing. Continue mixing until uniform.
  6. Add Phase E to Phase ABCD with continued mixing. Continue mixing until uniform.
  7. Adjust pH to 5.5-6.0 with Phase F while mixing, if necessary.
