This version of Hyaluronic Acid has a molecular weight range of 200 – 400 KDa and is obtained via bio-fermentation. It is 100% natural origin (ISO 16128), derived from sweet corn seeds and GMO free.
In vivo:
- Acts as a hydration booster: up to 77% hydration boost when adding HYA-ACT™ S to HYA-ACT™ M.
- Fortifies the skin’s natural barrier with up to 32% reduction in TEWL when adding HYA-ACT™ S to HYA-ACT™ M.
In vitro:
- Calms reddened skin, up to 49% reduction of IL-1alpha
