Courtney Flood

Courtney Flood is the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at LBB Specialties. She joined the company as the Director of Life Sciences Marketing and was later promoted to Vice President of Marketing for LBB Specialties and, most recently, to her current role.  

Prior to joining LBB Specialties, Courtney held technical marketing and sales account management roles at Brenntag Specialties and Croda, Inc. Her experience in these roles provided her with a strong foundation and extensive experience in new product development, trade show and industry sponsorship, marketing, and sales strategy.  

Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from New York University’s Tandon School of Engineering. Additionally, Courtney has been a Trustee of The Chemists’ Club since 2012, demonstrating her commitment to professional development and industry leadership. 

As the Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at LBB Specialties, Courtney brings her expertise, strategic mindset, and strong leadership skills to drive the company’s marketing efforts and forge new partnerships.
