Mike DeGennaro

Michael DeGennaro is the Senior Vice President of Food and Nutrition at LBB Specialties. He brings a wealth of knowledge and over 25 years of experience in the specialty chemicals and ingredients industry.  

He has held senior leadership positions at Lonza and Arxada LLC, where he successfully drove growth strategies and people development across global teams in Sales, Marketing, Science, and Product Management. Additionally, Michael has led Supply Chain and Logistics teams at Magruder Color Co. and gained valuable experience in the Audit Group at Deloitte. He also served as a Board Director for the Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN), showcasing his commitment to the industry. 

Michael’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from St. Peters University. This foundation in accounting, combined with his extensive industry experience, equips him with a strong strategic planning and execution mindset. His expertise in raw materials, services, and solutions further enhances his ability to drive long-term growth objectives in the Food and Nutrition vertical.
