Terry Lee-Smith

Terry Lee-Smith brings over 20 years of experience in the specialty chemicals industry, with a strong supply chain management and customer service background. 

Terry joined LBB Specialties from Brenntag Specialties (BSI), where she spent nine years in various roles of increasing responsibility. In her most recent position at BSI as Director of Supply Chain and Customer Service, she oversaw the company’s supply chain operations and ensured exceptional customer service. Terry spent a decade at Kao Specialties Americas (KSA), a leading Japanese manufacturer of specialty chemicals, prior to her time at Brenntag. During her tenure at KSA, she held various positions, including Supply Chain Manager, where she successfully implemented strategies to optimize inventory management and streamline logistics processes. 

Terry holds degrees in Communication and Business Administration. She has also participated in numerous professional development programs and industry conferences to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in operations management. 

As Senior Vice President of Operations at LBB Specialties, Terry Lee-Smith is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations, including supply chain management, logistics, and customer service. She works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient and seamless operations that meet customer demands and drive business growth.
