Formulation Instructions:

  1. Add Acrypol® ET-1 to water and mix at RT until uniform.
  2. Add remaining Phase A ingredients to the aqueous phase with mixing and heat to 50 - 60°C.
  3. In a separate beaker, premix Phase B and heat to 40-45°C.
  4. Add Phase B to Phase A and mix until uniform.
  5. Begin cooling down the batch and add remaining ingredients in order, mixing well in-between.
