Astalif™ Astaxanthin
When we exercise, our muscles burn calories and produce free radicals as a by-product. If the number of free radicals exceeds the body’s antioxidant defense capacity, these molecules can damage our muscles and reduce their ability to contract. Evidence from clinical studies would suggest that astaxanthin supplementation could potentially improve muscle endurance and recovery because of its potent antioxidant capacity and contribution to the mechanisms associated with the formation of lactic acid.
