Formulation Instructions:
- Prepare Aqueous Phase by adding all ingredients in order and mixing well between each additionat RT.
- Prepare the Oil Phase by adding all ingredients in order and mixing well between each additionat RT.
- Add aqueous phase to final packaging.
- Add oil phase on top of the aqueous phase.
