Formulation Instructions:

  1. Add NATURSOL™ EMI 132 to water at RT and mix until uniform.
  2. Add the remaining Phase A ingredients under mixing until uniform, then heat to 60°C.
  3. In a separate beaker, combine Phase B ingredients then heat to 60°C under steady mixing.
  4. Slowly add Phase B to Phase A, and homogenize until uniform.
  5. Slowly cool the main batch to 40°C, then add Phase C ingredients in order while continuously mixing.
  6. Add Phase D ingredients in order under continuous mixing. Homogenize is needed.
  7. Allow to cool to RT.
