Formulation Instructions:

  1. Combine phase A in the main beaker. Mix until homogeneous.
  2. Add Phase B and mix in solution.
  3. For Phase C, wet out the powders and add them to the main batch and start heating to 50°C. Mix for 30 mins with 4 blade mixers. At 50°C mix with ultra turrax to homogenize for 5 min. Try not to introduce air.
  4. Add Phase D to A/B/C and slow mix until homogenous.
  5. Add Phase E into Phase ABCD and mix until fully hydrated.
  6. In a side beaker combine the following (Phase F) and heat to 75°C until clear.
  7. At 75°C add Phase G into Phase F and mix until fully dispersed. Add phase F/G to Phases A/B/C/D/E and mix with high-speed agitation for 5 mins. Cool to 30°C.
  8. In a separate beaker, premix Phase D, then add to the main batch.
  9. Mix until batch is uniform.
