Formulation Instructions:

  1. Premix Cristalhyal® 1.0 in Butylene Glycol and add to water at RT with steady mixing.
  2. Add the remaining Phase A ingredients to the aqueous phase under steady mixing until uniform, then heat to 65-70°C.
  3. In a separate beaker, combine Phase B ingredients and heat to 65-70°C with steady mixing.
  4. Slowly add Phase B to Phase A and mix until uniform. Homogenize if needed.
  5. Cool the main batch to 40°C and add Phase C ingredients one-by-one, mixing well in-between.
