Formulation Instructions:

Predisperse HYA-ACT M in glycerin and disperse slurry in water under homogenizer
Predisperse HYA-ACT M in glycerin and disperse slurry in water under homogenizer
Heat Phase A to 60C
Premix Phase B ingredients and heat to 60C
Slowly add Phase B to Phase A under mixing and transfer back to homogenizer
Homogenize until uniform for at least 5 min
Transfer back to regular mixer and cool to 45C under mixing
Add Phase C ingredients to main batch one by one and mix until uniform
