Maryellen Meehan

Maryellen is Chief Human Resources Officer with years of experience in Human Resources Management and Organizational Development.  

Maryellen brings a wealth of experience, including strategic HR leadership, organizational design, executive coaching, talent acquisition, talent management and retention, culture and engagement, change management, and more. 

Maryellen joined LBB Specialties from Boehringer Ingelheim, where she held the position of Director of HR. Prior to that, she was with CBLPath Inc., a division of Sonic Healthcare, as Director of HR. 

Maryellen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from New York University and a Master of Science in HR & Organizational Management from Manhattanville College. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Human Resources Certification Institute. 

In her role as Chief Human Resources Officer and as a member of the C-Suite, Maryellen is focused on aligning HR strategies with the company’s overall goals and objectives. She is dedicated to fostering a high-performance culture of inclusivity, empowerment, and continuous improvement. With her strong leadership skills and strategic mindset, Maryellen plays a crucial role in driving the success of the organization and its employees.
