Scott Kellogg

Scott Kellogg is the Senior Vice President of Operations at LBB Specialties, bringing extensive experience in operations and supply chain leadership. He plays a key role in driving operational excellence, scaling capabilities, and strengthening supply chain performance.

Scott spent most of his career at LANXESS, which he joined through its acquisition of Chemtura, progressing through roles in customer service, inventory, production scheduling, and supply management. He later held senior leadership positions, including Director of Supply Chain for Great Lakes Solutions, Head of Integrated Business Planning for the Additives business, Head of Global Supply Chain, and Head of Supply Chain Excellence.

Throughout his career, Scott has demonstrated a strong ability to build high-performing teams, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the customer experience through disciplined planning and process improvement. His deep industry experience and hands-on leadership style bring valuable perspective and results-driven approach as LBB Specialties continues to grow and evolve.
