Seth Burns

Seth Burns is the Senior Vice President of Life Sciences at LBB Specialties; with a wealth of experience in the Life Sciences industry, Seth is responsible for establishing, implementing, and executing the business and commercial strategy for the Life Sciences vertical. 

Before joining LBB Specialties, Seth held key positions in renowned companies and organizations. He most recently served as the Head of Sales – Pharma at Roquette America, where he led and developed the Americas Pharma organization for the excipient manufacturer. Before that, Seth played a crucial role at Univar Solutions for over 15 years, serving as the Director – Pharmaceuticals and contributing significantly to building the strategy for their pharmaceutical ingredient vertical. 

Seth’s educational background further complements his expertise. He holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemistry and Biochemistry from the College of Charleston, along with an MBA from the University of Scranton. This educational foundation equips him with strong technical and business acumen to drive growth and development in the Life Sciences field. 

Seth is dedicated to leading the growth and development objectives for LBBS’s Life Sciences portfolio, including excipient, Active Pharmaceutical ingredients (API), and High Purity Solvents. His technical expertise, commercial experience, strategic mindset, and commitment to long-term growth in the life sciences industry make him an invaluable addition to the LBB Specialties team.
