Formulation Instructions:

  1. Add SymSave® H to water at RT and mix for approximately 20 minutes until dissolved.
  2. Add the remaining Phase A ingredients to the aqueous phase and heat to 75-80°C under continued mixing for 20-25 minutes.
  3. In a separate beaker, combine Phase B ingredients and heat to 65-70°C while continuously mixing.
  4. Slowly add Phase B to Phase A while allowing mixture to cool to 40°C.
  5. Add Phase D ingredients one-by-one with steady mixing in-between each addition​.
  6. Adjust pH with Citric Acid if needed​.
